ROSEVILLE, Calif — Groundbreaking is set to start in a couple of weeks for the Roseville Junction project, according to LRE & Companies, the developer of the project.
The Roseville Junction project is set to be a hospitality destination located at 290 Conference Center Drive, according to the city of Roseville.
According to LRE & Companies, Electric Pickle and Social Connection will be the first two projects to be built. Electric Pickle is an entertainment complex with pickleball courts along with a two-story restaurant and bar.
Paul Frederick, the creator and owner of Electric Pickle said construction on Electric Pickle is set to start in spring 2024.
“Like everything in construction and especially permitting, everything takes longer. We are hoping to be in construction this coming spring. Very excited to bring Electric Pickle to the Roseville community,” Frederick told ABC10.
Besides Electric Pickle, the Roseville Junction project is set to include a beer garden as well as hotels and restaurants. A 20,000-square-foot outdoor venue is also planned for the project. It would have an open area planned for concerts, events and small festivals.
“This being an El Niño year makes it difficult to project the construction timeline,” according to LRE & Companies.
The target is to be vertical before spring 2024 for Social Connection, which is a beer garden anchored by Fieldwork Brewing Company. The Hyatt Caption and Hyatt House are targeted for late 2025 or early 2026, according to LRE & companies.
