The LRE & Co is a family organization that has been in real estate development, construction and the hospitality industry since 1999. Our longevity has led to deep and diverse partnerships with cities and brands, which enable us to complete projects that create economic opportunities and make positive impacts in the cities where our projects exist. LRE& Co has a presence in major markets throughout western U.S. It is an ever-growing organization consisting of a group of diverse and dynamic people who strive for excellence. Since our founding, LRE & Co has employed more than 2,000 experts in the industry within California.
The food and beverage arm of LRE & Co & its affiliates are comprised of franchise restaurants and master agreements for national franchises. The commercial real estate arm consists of partners with national hotel brands.

It is an ever-growing organization consisting of a group of diverse and dynamic people who strive for excellence. Since our founding, LRE & Co has employed more than 2,000 experts in the industry within California.

We have a diverse portfolio
The LRE & Co has a diverse portfolio of office buildings, retail properties, multi-family holdings as well as hospitality. Over the last 5 years LRE & Co, armed with in depth knowledge of the real estate landscape, decided to leverage their experience in multiple regions and enter the hospitality space. This led to the inception of the Real Estate Investment & Development arm of LRE & Co in which it started identifying and analyzing attractive opportunities in the commercial real estate.
The company has untaken a number of projects in a very short span due to prior knowledge of the commercial space and has succeeded in filling an active pipeline of commercial developments. Some of our current projects include AC by Marriott in Sacramento Downtown, Courtyard by Marriott in Woodland, Home2 Suites by Hilton, a 38 unit apartment in Sacramento, retail and a two-hotel development in Roseville.
